2. 在您使用服务过程中自动收集的信息

3. 我们不收集的信息
- 本应用不强制要求注册账号，亦不会主动收集您的真实姓名、身份证号、精准地理位置等敏感个人信息。
二、权限使用说明
为实现具体功能，应用在必要时会向您申请以下 iOS 系统权限。我们会在首次触发相关功能时向您弹窗提示，您可以随时在系统设置中撤销授权。
- 相册/照片权限（Photo Library）：仅用于您在创建记录时选择并添加本地图片。
- 相机权限（Camera）：仅用于您直接拍摄照片并插入到记录中。
- 麦克风权限（Microphone）：仅用于您录制语音备忘录或音频记录。
- 通知权限（Notifications）：仅用于向您发送您主动设置的提醒或日程通知。
- iCloud 存储权限：如果您开启了 iCloud 同步功能，应用将使用 iCloud 存储您的记录数据，以便在您的多台设备间同步。
三、数据存储与第三方服务
1. 数据存储
- 本地优先：您的所有记录数据默认存储在您的设备本地。
- 云端同步：若您启用了 iCloud 同步服务，数据将直接上传至 Apple 的 iCloud 存储空间，传输与存储过程均受 Apple 的加密技术保护，我们无法直接读取您的 iCloud 数据。
2. 第三方 SDK 服务
- 为了保障应用的稳定运行（如崩溃日志分析），本应用可能会集成必要的第三方 SDK。第三方 SDK 仅会收集匿名化的设备性能及报错数据，绝不会读取您的具体记录内容。
四、信息安全保护
我们采取合理的物理、技术和管理安全措施来保护您的数据，防止未经授权的访问、泄露、篡改或损坏。对于存储在设备本地的数据，建议您设置设备解锁密码或生物识别锁定以保障安全。

六、未成年人隐私保护
本应用非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。我们的服务主要面向通用人群，若您为未成年人，请在法定监护人的陪同和指导下阅读本政策并使用本应用。

Welcome to Obris (the "App"). We value your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, and describes the rights you may have regarding that information.
Please read and understand this policy carefully before using the App. By agreeing to this policy, you agree that we may collect and process relevant information in accordance with this policy.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Information
As a utility note-taking and record-keeping app, we follow the principle of data minimization and collect only the information necessary to operate core features and improve your experience.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Record content: When you add text, images, voice recordings, tags, or other record data in the App, that information is stored locally on your device or in the cloud service you choose to sync with.
- Feedback and support: When you submit feedback or contact customer support, we may collect the contact information you provide, such as your email address, and the related communication records.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected During Use
- Device and log information: To help keep the App secure, stable, and easier to troubleshoot, we may collect your device system version, language settings, app crash logs, and performance data. This data is anonymized and cannot identify a specific individual.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- The App does not require account registration and does not actively collect sensitive personal information such as your real name, government ID number, or precise location.
2. Permission Usage
To provide specific features, the App may request the following iOS system permissions when necessary. We will show a system prompt when you first use a related feature, and you may revoke permissions at any time in system settings.
- Photo Library: Used only when you choose and add local images while creating records.
- Camera: Used only when you take photos directly and insert them into records.
- Microphone: Used only when you record voice memos or audio records.
- Notifications: Used only to send reminders or schedule notifications that you actively set.
- iCloud storage: If you enable iCloud sync, the App uses iCloud to store your record data so it can sync across your devices.
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
3.1 Data Storage
- Local-first storage: All of your record data is stored locally on your device by default.
- Cloud sync: If you enable iCloud sync, your data is uploaded directly to Apple's iCloud storage. Transmission and storage are protected by Apple's encryption technologies, and we cannot directly read your iCloud data.
3.2 Third-Party SDK Services
- To help maintain app stability, such as crash log analysis, the App may integrate necessary third-party SDKs. These SDKs only collect anonymized device performance and error data and will never read the specific content of your records.
4. Information Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or damage. For data stored locally on your device, we recommend that you set a device passcode or biometric lock to help protect it.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information.
- Access and export: You can view all records in the App at any time and back up data using the export features provided by the App.
- Correction and deletion: You can modify or delete any record you have created in the App at any time. After deletion, the related data will be removed from local storage on your device.
- Withdraw permission: You can disable related permissions at any time through iOS Settings - Privacy & Security.
6. Children's Privacy
We take the protection of minors' personal information seriously. Our services are intended for a general audience. If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the App under the guidance of your legal guardian.
7. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy due to product feature updates or legal and regulatory requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be published in the App or displayed on the App Store page. If material changes are involved, we will provide a prominent notice in the App.
